- outside shower with solar heated water (summer period only);
- Children's play area, equipped and fenced off to ensure safety;
- Table tennis area;
- Two deckchairs per apartment (for use only in the grounds of the accommodation);
- Camping-style cot for young children as required;
- Small bath for bathing young children, as required;
- Private, shaded and fenced parking facilities
- normal consumption of electricity, water and gas;
- Including a washing detergent and fabric softener already included for the week.
